Portal links on homepage broken on XP #1

Reports of the portal links not working on Windows XP configurations from the PFA:
"The "Portal" Links are not fully functional. Seems they are not accessible from certain systems. Below is the information I have received.
Works from my Macbook using Google Chrome, no problem.
Works from my Windows8 tablet Using IE, no problem.
Works from Jenny's iPhone, no problem.
I tried it from a Windows XP machine and it didnt work. Problem (I have heard this on 3 occasions and experienced it myself.
Many with Windows XP are stating the same. Portal links do not work (forward) from their systems."
