Generate Report

When using OSCSim in a process like CI/CD, the output to stdout may not be sufficient. Instead, having a (machine-) readable report file after the tool is ready is necessary.

• Create option --Report [-R]
• Generate Reportfile in JSON-format (oscsim.json)
