Description
Per the Milestone, we want to be able to assign driver and vehicle (these can be "clickable" without having full database connectivity) and then enable a button which will "initiate ride". This will then move the Ride Request into "Active Rides". Hooks should be created so that when "initiate ride" is pressed, it should signal the DispatchBot to send the first SMS messages to the Driver and Rider to "confirm ride".
