I noticed multiple ... membership is in a grace period messages coming to info@hackrva.org.
This was happening because the server restarted due to new code being deployed.
Seems like it should only send one email and the server should be allowed to restart without effecting this.
We should investigate to see if the member is also getting multiple emails.
