FAQ is hard to use

I dislike the FAQ UX. I might move this matter of preference to slack because it's not necessarily an _issue_, but I think it would be more user-friendly to neatly lay out the FAQs in a grid rather than making them click around to try to find their question. Plus, I don't like how heavy the animations are to scroll between sections.
