Loading and error page

Currently we dont have anything for these, it would be better if we'll have:

• something displayed when the website is loading
• 404 error page
• lazy loading
• loading page UI

I have added animation for loading based on arctic theme. But we need to work on lazy loading

Now, native lazy "loading" attribute is being used for embedding images.
