Website submission?

Another approach to consider would be having a web form for submission and possibly viewing - I'm not sure if there are points regarding keeping it on GitHub.

That simplifies #284 as you can add a login with FB button, and would make validation a lot easier as you'd be parsing your database and not a markdown/diff file.
