Macro that switches between OR_INT and OR_LONG depending on value

It's hard to know or remember to switch out an OR_INT to OR_LONG depending on the oFlags used in a BehaviorScript, so there should be a catchall macro that only uses OR_LONG if it needs to.

OR_INT and OR_LONG are also both misnamed. OR_INT should be OR_SHORT, and OR_LONG should be OR_INT. The latter should also probably be its own define/function instead of just being an alias of LOAD_ANIMATIONS.

It's even more misleading than that, because it doesn't do an "or" operation. It assigns the given value to the field.

Oh also, they're only ever used with oFlags, which is a u32, so maybe we should just replace them all with the 32 bit version
