LayoutLaddle - a spoon to manage window layout (mainly save and restore)

I am not sure what is the correct way to add a spoon to the repository

I have created a layout manager spoon

I was surprised there was no such spoon already.

as a side note, I found it very unintuitive how the spoons are organized.

You can only download the binary instead of being able to go to the spoon repo and find all the information there.

Since I found that everything about this organization of spoon directory was unintuitive for me, I am making this issue instead of making a pull request.

@muescha there were a bunch of bugs but it mostly worked. Lately (I am not sure why) it kinda stopped working and sometimes behaves sporadically erratically. I wanted to get back to it but couldn't find the time.
The code is a complete mess so I don't want to publish it.

I took a very brief look at the code and it seems to make sense - probably does something similar to what mine spoon was supposed to do. Gets the screen uuid, apps descriptor. The code seems to be MUCH cleaner than what I have/had so why don't you give it a try and let others know here whether it works for you!

@muescha from my quick test, it doesn't seem to support spaces, which I use pretty extensively. YMMV.

Let me know if this works for you and whether you use spaces and if you manage to set it up with proper support for multiple spaces.
