Feature request: After drinking Chateau, disable magic bottle drops

Magic bottle drops should ideally get replaced by something else - a heart, a Rupee, something random, I don't really care. They're just not necessary if you drink Chateau Romani.

We can hook into func_800A7650 and set the magic drops to be ITEM00_RECOVERY_HEART if WEEKEVENTREG_DRANK_CHATEAU_ROMANI has been set. That function also converts ITEM00_RECOVERY_HEART to ITEM00_RUPEE_GREEN if the players health is at max. It's nothing fancy, but should work. Thoughts?
