[Rando] Snowhead temple rando logic audit. #1414
Description
Snowhead logic probably needs a audit, I caught a few obvious issues in #1415, some of which were my fault from when I last touched the file, I may do it myself if I can find the time and work out the issues, but im leaving this issue open for others who might be interested in doing so.
It is the SnowheadTemple.cpp file.
