Move Footer Navigation Links to Navbar for Better Accessibility

Currently, important navigation links such as Platform (Home, Notes), Resources (GitHub, Documentation, Contributing, Contact), and Legal (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, MIT License) are placed in the footer section.

For better accessibility and improved user experience, these links should be available directly in the navbar instead of only in the footer.

###Proposed Solution:
Move key navigation links from the footer to the main navbar.
Maintain proper responsive design.
Ensure styling consistency with the existing theme.

I would like to work on this issue under ECWOC.
