clock not working correctly when using sim rate

Describe the bug

when im using sim rate to make the time go faster the clock isnt doing its job correctly. its working in the speed of normal time. the elapse time on the other hand is working with the sim rate

Expected behavior

when im using sim rate to make time go faster the clock should also go as fast as I set the sim rate

Steps to reproduce

1. activate the clock
2. fly
3. make time go faster using sim rate (in game feature btw)
4. watch the clock going as fast as normal speed
