ability to disable certain new additions

im someone who prefers a doslike doom experience, and i feel like these options existing might make me use helion more often:
ability to disable secret message and sound
ability to disable the counting of stacked messages when they go over the current maxium shown count
ability to disable message fade, and just have it disappear instantly
ability to disable being in the menu darkening the things behind it
