Fuel Qty Text Displays when Tank Select Switch Changed-- Added as reminder for future

In- Game when a tank is selected, additional displays appear above the "Remaining Qty" showing the "Set Qty" for each tank. In the Helios Displays, the "Set Qty" displays on the same line as the "remaining qty" and will flip back and forth if that current tank is selected.

The Helios displays do not flip back and forth or show the "Set Qty" consistently though. Sometimes they do, sometimes not.

• Total Qty, for example sometimes shows the "Set Qty", sometimes it stays on "Remaining Qty"
• During today's test, LAUX and MAIN3 with switch between Set and Remaining but none of the others. A few days ago All would switch except for LAUX, MAIN2 and EXTERNALS.
• Ideal behaviour would be that the "Set Qty" would show on the line above the "Remaining Qty" on all fuel displays. However if they cycled consistently, I think that would be sufficient.
• Windows won't let me record a snip on my helios screen for some reason, to show it in action.

9 more patches will be needed plus some changes to the driver Lua. Hmmmm, that's unfortunate. Not certain that this will cure the blinking, but time will tell.

Flashing freq is not an exact match due to the frequency of the data from DCS being polled and communicated, but I think this is something that we'll just have to live with. 9 new patches created and the driver changed to support all of the new fuel data.

All work well except we seem to have lost both displays for "Main Tank 1"

Typo in the patch for tank 1 which I've now fixed.
