A few Ice Protection Switches still reversed

• Anit-Ice
• Pitot Heat ( Pilot and Copilot)
• Nesa Heat ( CTR and Side/Lwr)

Those are two position switches, the last fix I put in only dealt with three position ;-)
The 5 above have been reversed and also:

Pilot Oxygen Supply Lever
Pilot Oxygen Diluter Lever
Copilot Oxygen Supply Lever
Copilot Oxygen Diluter Lever

As I previously noted, if the function is used for a rotary rather than a toggle (and there is no way to know this from processing the clickables), then reversing is the wrong thing. Thankfully I spotted that the squelch switch (which is a rotary) was also going to be reversed, and I excluded this from the change.
