Fire Handles: Rotation (in JSON)

In the JSON, Fire handle "ArgumentValue" and "ArgumentMin" seem to be swapped. Handles not responding as they should.

• Not sure if the C# interface is the same.
• All 4 engines and APU

Switched those in json and fire handles still did not rotate correctly.

• Clockwise rotation is fine

• Counterclock-wise does not

• also Initial set at 0 on control with min val -0.5, max val 0.5; handle start at 0.5 position when module starts

• I'm a bit lost on their workings

Both #934 and this one have been fixed in the interface.
