File backup mechanics for Force key File option in Falcon Interface

The current backup mechanics when a Falcon Interface user clicks 'Force Key File' only backs up the Pilot Options file once. This should fall more inline with other Helios file backup mechanics. Since the Pilot Options file is a BMS read file and is not a generic text file Helios is limited in how it manages the file.
