Incorrect Conflict messages in Combined DCS Monitor Setup interface #944

Describe the Helios Issue
DCS Monitor Setup interface gives a `conflicts with xxxxx`` message on profiles using the DCS standard viewport names in combined setup. Since the segmenting of the definitions in the monitor configuration, this is not a true
conflict, and the message should be relaxed (or removed).
Expected behavior
conflict messages should be reserved for when there are true conflicts within a vehicle.

The problem happened while using

- Control Center
- Keypress Receiver

Additional context
These conflict messages can safely be ignored if running 1.6.610 and above.
