export driver for FC3

I haven't found any FC3 that can be used in DCS 2.9 version, such as the configuration file for SU27. Can you provide some assistance.

@pilnick this type of support is provided by the community that currently resides on Discord See Wiki link. Providing any direct support for FC 2024 is not currently in plan for Helios but there is an interface for FC3 which should work IF the profile is implemented to use that interface - typically that capability is provided by the profile author.
