Evaluate: replace snapshotting with transaction logs #191
Description
This is an initial phase for the proposal
The outcome of this issue will be "accept" or "reject" of the proposal. In case of "accept" create more granular implementation tasks:
- Serialize/deserialize txs to/from a log
- For validators: periodically publish the log of confirmed txs
- For nodes: import log(s) and replay confirmed txs for quick reconciliation
