If there's a choice you're having a lot of trouble with, there should be a pass button so it would move onto the next pair, and have the pair that was passed appear later in the queue.
Also, if you accidentally pick an option you didn't mean to pick and haven't saved, there should be an undo button so you could go back to the pair and try again.
