Validated value form croner is rejected by croner-rust

Hi, thanks for croner it is a promising alternative from safron but I encountered a miscmatch between the two lib implementation : /30 * * * * * was validated by croner but rejected by croner-rust

Nice work! As of croner (js) 10.0.0 both croner and croner (rust) is expected to behave exactly the same, following the current OCPS 1.4 draft.
