Random quality of the streaming moderation. How can we ensure high quality for important demos

We are currently experiencing laggy performance where oftentimes we only get audio but no videostreaming. How can we influence the quality to secure upcoming live demos.

I get excellent quality for video, but some longer delay on video generation and I get terrible sound quality : some parts missing (really short ones)
