HR Policy on Not Being a "Blocker Bitch"
At RevelTek, we strive to create an environment of collaboration and innovation. We believe that it is important to find solutions instead of creating blockers. As such, we have created this policy to ensure that our employees are not acting as "blocker bitches" and are instead working together to find solutions.
This policy applies to all RevelTek employees and is intended to ensure that all employees are working together to find solutions and not creating blockers. This policy is not intended to discourage employees from voicing their opinions or raising concerns, but rather to ensure that employees are working together to find solutions.
Definition of a "Blocker Bitch"
A "blocker bitch" is an employee who is actively working to prevent progress or solutions from being found. Consequences of Being a "Blocker Bitch"
