Need a test suite that passes under a modern Python

Currently there are some doctests in geraldo/tests but they don't pass. There is a Django test project, presumably to test Django integration, but that may not even be needed, since you can use geraldo without even adding it to INSTALLED_APPS.

TASK: Create a usable test suite!
