Holds specific configuration for image gitlab/gitlab-runner. Docker image requires ENV['GITLAB_CI_URL'], ENV['GITLAB_RUNNER_IMAGE'], ENV['GITLAB_RUNNER_DESC'] and ENV['GITLAB_RUNNER_TOKEN'] to be set.
