Due to free account and missing Wiki, I will document it here.

1. our main folder for SAM is now located

C:\Users\DengusiakM\AppData\Roaming\SAM

with subfolders for Revit versions with format Revit 20XX:

these files are placed there during VS Build process

2. Grasshopper reference our SAM by SAM.ghlink file from \AppData\Roaming\SAM

this file contains the following text:

#Comment - reference by folder or files (order is important)
C:\Users\DengusiakM\AppData\Roaming\SAM

3. For Rhino.Inside.Revit we have for each version subfolder in SAM

4. Revit loads each version form Libraries-Inside-Revit-20XX
   

using SAM_Revit.ghlink that contains
