No support for Next Power inverters, support for victor eco NM 6.2kw plus

Files to add support for this, I have started and are included here. This is not complete, but just at the 'oh look it works' stage.

Drop the files into protocols/next and add the following to the config file to get started.

#rs485 / modbus device
#protocol config files are located in protocols/
protocol_version = next-victor-nm

# Modbus address
address = 5
port = /dev/ttyUSB0
baudrate = 2400

The RS232 port is wired thus: RJ45 pin 1 (orange/white) to pin 2 (rx) on DB9, pin 2 (orange) to pin 3 (tx), pin 8 (brown) to pin 5 (ground). Be careful of the blue (pin 4 on RJ45) as that is +13V and could result in the escape of magic smoke.

I have yet to try scanning for registers on unit 1; the inverter also responds there, but so far, I have only tried unit 5 based on what the WiFi dongle sends.

It looks like the BMS/battery port uses pylon, but I sadly don't have a pylon BMS to capture any data off the RS485. There may be an RS232 port on that connector as well, but I have yet to even try talking to it.

Here is the official modbus PDF for earlier inverters by Next, including some branded as Suncime, but I do not have one to test.

It looks like the next-victor-nm protocol should work with these inverters too, they use the same wifi module as do some PowMR inverters.

I don't have any to test, but they use the same next wifi module; hopefully, someone can try and confirm if they also work.

I've done some more testing/tinkering, most of the values now show correctly, it is a bit of a PITA as there is no specification, so there's a deal of trial and error.

I have changed a few settings and names, updated the settings display for those I can figure out and dropped scanning for some registers that aren't readable. I am not sure about the secondary output, as I don't use it.

to standardize the name a bit; _re suffix to indicate it's reverse engineered.

I tried to create a pull request, but the draft failed as I need to be a collaborator. Happy to help/share the info, because these inverters seem popular. I'm just sorry I don't have more time to put to it, or hardware to try all the functions, like pylon to communicate with the battery.
