[Feature Idea] Blacklist Apps

While I'd mostly want to update, recently (just using my specific example here) I noticed F-droid actually contains Kodi but I have had issues with all of the 20.x branches on my android box (not the point of this post) ... everything up to 19.5 is fine and that prompted me, just finding this project, to wonder if there was a way to add apps to a blacklist to say "update everything in fdroid via fdroidcl, EXCEPT things on 'this' list" sort of thing.

For me (example just using my real life example but any package could be used) i'd want to update any fdroid app EXCEPT for Kodi. Even in the Aurora store i have Kodi blacklisted for now.

Something like fdroidcl install -u -e "$(cat blacklist.txt)"?

I had to do something similar a few times with the .deb packages for Debian, which can be done like this:

A mark, hold will be nice to have here too.
Even better if the same words as Debian will be used to mark the APK files to be ignored.
