Enable webp Support

Currently, when attempting to upload a webp, I get an error staging that the file doesn't exist, which is misleading. I then tracked it down to filtering based on the file extension, so I attempted to create a pull request to allow webp, but it appears that the API doesn't allow webp.

Is supporting webp files on your roadmap?
