Unable preview site homepage or view list of domains

I didn't see this in the changelog, but version 7.9.0 when running hs cms theme preview and visiting hslocal:3000 the domains were listed alongside modules and templates and the homepage of a given domain could be accessed locally via domain.hslocal.net:3000/.

In version 7.10.0, hslocal.net:3000 lists modules, templates, and partials but not domains. When manually navigating to a specific preview domain, non / paths work, but the domain.hslocal.net:3000/ route renders the same as hslocal.net:3000/.

I'm not sure if this is a config error on our part but the docs still show the old version and the changelog doesn't show any clear config needed for this functionality to work.
