hs doctor giving persistent warning

Despite giving my personalaccesskey as many scopes that are under my Hubspot plan, I still getting a warning from the hs doctor

Since my Perplexity, Claude Code and ChatGPT codex all were unable to find specific documentation about this issue, I am filing it as a bug. Please reply or message me directly if you need more details.
