It is really a shame that Cangaroo uses fix tables for the baudrates.

The developer of Cangaroo was not able to program an algorithm that calculates the 3 values Prescaler, Segment1 and Segment2 from from any given combination of CAN baudrate and samplepoint.

Instead he implemented tables with fix values and only for the CAN clock of 16 MHz, 48 MHz and 170 MHz.
And these tables use a fix samplepoint that the user cannot change although the samplepoint is CRUCIAL for CAN FD.

Some of these values in the tables are even calculated wrongly and the CAN clock 160 MHz, that the new firmware for the STM32G431 uses, is not supported. You see a device but cannot use it because the baudrate selector is empty.
Cangaroo is so primitive that it does not even show an error message "CAN clock not supported" if you connect a firmware with 160 MHz CAN clock.

Additionally there is a very severe bug in Cangaroo, which may result in packets arriving in the wrong order because he has programmed WinUSB wrongly.

Solution: Use HUD ECU Hacker where you can enter ANY baudrate / samplepoint combination and the values Prescaler, Segment1 and Segment2 will be calculated for you automatically.
