Take Wiki text and bible text:

Create a single list of unique words with counts.

Convert text to Unicode UTF-8 NFD
Create a single list of unique words.
for each word
find first vowel
count number of unicode characters via NFD to next vowel (not including next vowel).
Determine if there is a vowel height marking difference
