fmdb (i.e.sqlite)version instead of core data

I would be probably nice to see HelloMapKitWorld using fmdb instead of core data.

Route-Me is already using fmdb.

Feel free to fork it and do an FMDB version. I'm more of a Core Data fan, though I love Gus' work.
