Outlets endpoint uses the wrong version

When running a getOutlets function I get an error that the version param is not supported. 

I was able to go and change the `get` api_version to 1 and the request completed. 

I also confirmed in swagger that the get version is 1. 

Suggest we also create a test for outlets, I think outlets was added before the integration tests?
