Cupy implementation

I have rewritten CaSuDaSolver to be more numpy friendly.
Next step would be to switch to Cupy if available on the user machine.

I am currently working on the TSP problem and other NP-hard and NP-complete problems. I am also considering changing the p-kit solver to utilize GPU acceleration with the CUDA Toolkit.

That would be awesome :) Contribution is welcomed if you have some implementation ready!

As for the TSP, I am afraid I was not able to reproduce the results of the p-bits repository, neither had feedback from the authors.

I am approaching the TSP in a different way, and I'm confident that this method will work, though it will take a little more time. Before I proceed, I want to optimize the simulator for GPU compatibility, allowing me to simulate a large number of p-bits. This will enable me to tackle SAT problems from the SAT library (SAT Solver is already ready). I have been a bit busy lately with my academic commitments and job placements.
