Timing issue for Rolling logs

For really busy servers OldestEventTime & NewestEventTime call to WMI may be executed between log-roll.
If so the Event rate based on time cannot be trusted.

If the servers are rolling that fast, the user probably should increase the size of the event log. Otherwise they would be pretty well useless anyways as by the time an issue was reported the logs would have rolled when you go to look at the event logs.

Also note that WMI is only used for old OS's i.e. Server 2003 and XP which are EOL as per Msft.
