define the theme categories

It would be good to have the option of selecting a theme related to an Event so as to be able to cluster them later on.
To this end, a broad range of theme categories would be needed then to classify them.

Should such property exists or not? If so, which are the best categories to include?

There is the following list of themes which could be considered as a starting point:

Public administration & policy,
Population,
Culture/Sport/Leisure time,
Territory,
Health,
Infrastructure,
Audience (Youth/Adult/Senior),
Environment & Nature,
Education & Lifelong learning,
Mobility
Tourism,
Safety,
Welfare,
Work & Economy,
Life/Home
