The "Summary of all data available" table on the variant page doesn't make sense to me right now. It is empty for most of the variants I look at, despite these variants having lots of other information in the tables below.
e.g. the Documentation currently says: "This component allows quick visual comparison of functional prediction scores across different tools and databases." What scores/tools/databases are included in this table?
Specific comments:
• The table title and description should be more specific. If it's just about Coding variants, then perhaps the table title should be "Summary of predictions about coding variants" instead of "all data available"
• The contents of the table may need to be updated (if it really is supposed to be "all data", then "all the data" from this page should be summarized).
• I thought that the "Jump to:" line at top of page was supposed to be the "summary of all data"?
• The contents of the table need to be explained better. Which scores/tools/databases are included here?
