ENCODE-rE2G_Extended prediction coordinates

It seems that coordinates for predictions from the ENCODE-rE2G_Extended model are missing, see for example here: https://catalog.igvf.org/ENSG00000136997?sub=ENSG00000136997

I've checked the source file on the ENCODE portal, and the predictions for MYC seem fine and all have correct coordinates. Files for the extended model have additional feature columns not found in the predictions from the DNase-only model, so something might have gone wrong during import.

Alternatively, we could consider only including predictions from the DNase-only model and removing predictions from the extended model (ENCFF269DKY, ENCFF094BVF) from the catalog.
