Let segmented volume be adapted for MSOT Acuity Echo #348

Currently, only model based volumes are updated for the MSOT acuity, but it would definitely be nice if we could do this for segmented volumes too

Add a new method update_settings_for_use_of_segmentation_based_volume_creator to implement this feature in the MSOTAcuityEcho class
Additional context
This will also be made to be compatible with the heterogeneity work I am currently doing.
