ISSUE: Make a .md file/ document that can be shared and circulated among employees.
A document should be made so that it can be circulated among employees for knowledge transfer.
The literacy campaign is being implemented using literacy training sessions that will help the company manage the Droid Ops (Design, Research, Optimize, Integrate, Deliver) process of the projects/developments/software more efficiently. The project management tracking strategy DROIDs STAR will allow the company to closely monitor the progress of each stage of the Droid Ops process, ensuring that everything and everyone is on track and that any issues or delays are addressed promptly. The literacy campaign for DROID STAR will make sure everyone/every employee has a good understanding of the system before jumping into the actual implementation.
