As a Facilitator/Admin, I want to view metadata about my surveys and responses. #148
Description
Administrators should be able to view (via CSV export, no UI needed) metadata about all surveys linked to all Facilitators. They should also be able to view metadata about all respondents to all surveys.
Facilitators should be able to view metadata about all surveys linked to them, and about all respondents linked to those surveys.
In terms of what metadata to export, I have created a spreadsheet (attached). The first tab has the ideal column titles for metadata about surveys, and the second tab has the ideal columns about respondents.
