Knauer Valve Unifier VU4.1 switch valve

Soft matter team have bought these as replacements for old Knauer K-6 switches which are becoming unreliable due to age.

They will be being used on reflectometers next cycle.

They are now IP devices as opposed to previously being serial devices. They have been tested with the existing Knauer K-6 IOC in the office and confirmed to work.

Acceptance criteria

• Adjust IOC to be able to specify IP address
• Ensure docs/manuals etc are updated
• As these devices will move between R55 & R80, reserve IP adresses in each hall for each device in advance (to minimise future support calls...)
