Deeper look at OGC Rainbow implementation

I've been taking a deeper look at the code lists on https://defs-dev.opengis.net/, as I'm contributing a bit to ISO 19115-4 JSON encoding.

I happened to grab "pointOfContact" as an example to use and noticed that the URI has 2018 in

http://def.isotc211.org/19115/-1/2018/CitationAndResponsiblePartyInformation/code/CI_RoleCode

I guess this is because the XML schemas had an update in 2018 (although 19115-3 has both 2016 & 2023 editions)

My view is that the concept belongs to ISO 19115-1 (as stated in the URI) and that is dated 2014, so shouldn't it be http://def.isotc211.org/19115/-1/2014/ ?

I agree it should be '2014' in the URI.
