Changes to the bibliography #535
Description
During the voting of 19166 on the 2025-11-06 two issues for proposed changes regardig the bibliography was identified. These changes was classified as technical by the submitter and thus deferred for future consideration.

CityGML as de facto standard for 3D GIS is mentioned when talking about LOD concept. Several other aspects of the CityGML is also mentioned in element mapping. CityGML, should be added in the bibliography section.

Biljecki et al. (2021), through 10.1016/j.autcon.2020.103440 has already put the concept proposed in the draft into practice. It is worth mentioning the paper in the bibliography.
