Description
During the voting of 19166 on the 2025-11-06 an issue for proposed changes regardig the clause 6.2. This change was classified as technical by the submitter and thus deferred for future consideration.
In the text the following appears: "PD consists of three mechanisms to extract the external data needed". This raises the question are these mechanisms described somewhere in this document? - If yes, where and insert a reference in the text. If no, then reconsider the wording as one will expect that these three mechanisms are described somewhere in the document.
