Improve logging offload #119
Description
Users of the MIDAS data have noted that it is difficult to parse the data as it comes off of MIDAS when offloaded with MIDAS-Launch. This is a fairly open-ended problem to solve.
An example of data that is much easier to read can be found by exporting a TeleMega EEPROM to CSV. An example can be found here. Ask someone if you are unsure what to do with this file.
This can be done through updates to MIDAS's log structure, MIDAS-Launch, or by creating a post processing script / library that will re-parse the MIDAS data for you. Make sure to communicate with necessary stakeholders (Most likely @divijgarg, @mihirshevade, @sethblumenthal) to determine whether the data format is satisfactory.
